DOOR POLICY
The Viaduct Showbar, is first and foremost, a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and their friends.
Homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism or prejudice of any kind are unacceptable.
Any of the above will result in you being removed from the venue and permanently barred.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to larger groups, regardless of gender or sexuality.
INCLUSIVE TOILETS
We have gender-neutral toilets at The Viaduct Showbar. It’s none of your business which toilet someone uses.
It’s not fun to question or assume someone else’s gender.
SAFETY & SUPPORT
Roaming Security: We have roaming security throughout our venues at all times, let them know if you need assistance.
Ask For Angela: Out with someone you don’t know very well who is making you feel uncomfortable? Ask for ‘Angela’ at the bar.
Spike-Aware: If you think you or someone else might have been spiked, please let a member of staff know immediately.
